What a unique and lovely little diner. I really loved the atmosphere. Very family friendly. The food was fantastic, biscuits, a veggie omelette and nice thick bacon. Rounded out with a Tibetan coffee. Yum!

As a Military member myself, finding this sweet spot where I feel comfortable and the food is good is hard to find. I love the artwork and the wonderful staff! The granola crunch French toast is the best. Any of the food is good tho. Saving this beaut for future trips.

We went as a large group for breakfast. The service was impeccable! I was impressed with how they addressed each of us and made conversation and provided their recommendations. The coffee was strong, but good! The breakfast itself would make me drive over an hour to get again! The owner was super sweet as well and went to every table to say hi and check in. It’s always good when you feel the love in the business.

Three brits visiting whenever we come over the pond we always find a diner for breakfast and Rosie’s is by far the best we’ve encountered the food was flavoursome and generous and the free apple pie was just the topping on a wonderful meal enjoyed by all. The atmosphere was just what we were looking for , local people going about their own lives , great time had. 10/10

The greatest part of this veteran owned business is Lynn the owner. He’s almost 80 years old and he greets every table of guests welcoming them to the restaurant and making them feel at home. The food was fresh and made from scratch and it was deeeelicious.

Look, I am mostly a reviewer of restaurants. I work construction and eat out too much. I can't pass up the opportunity to give 10 stars here! The staff is more accommodating than anywhere I've been. The food is so good! Almost too good/perfect! Whatever recipes they use need to be protected at all costs! Not to mention the coffee!!! Holy wow! It is so amazing you'll finish a pot! Grew up on the Southside (cubs fan) with many breakfast diners. This one takes the cake! % recommend!

Loved everything about this veteran owned restaurant. Food is flavorful, the atmosphere inviting, and the service quick. Highly recommend the organic, grass-fed sausage and the baked omelets. Really look forward to going back when I return to Illinois. Special shoutout to Noel for answering all my questions because there were too many options I wanted to try.

Came here with my husband and son, we were greeted and seated right away, the waitress came and took our order, then brought our drinks. Maybe 10 min in to ordering my sons kids meal was brought it was thr perfect size for a toddler. And he love it, then my quesadilla was brought out and it was huge was not expecting it to be that big and it was delicious. This one was a chicken quesadilla, then my husband's chorizo omelet was brought it he love it. You can always add salt if you need to but it was perfect. Over all loved this place and see us coming back again.
